Consider each dimension in turn, and on a scale of 0 (low) – to 10 (high), mark down how satisfied you are in that area of your life?
Remember this is not a diagnosis of your current life, it’s an exploration of what’s currently going on and how you experience life in those areas. Try not to judge yourself – there are no right or wrong answers, you’re just presenting a snapshot score of your life in these areas. Below are some questions to get you going…
HEALTH – How’s your overall health? What are you doing to take care of yourself? Do you exercise enough?
MONEY – Are you satisfied with how much money you have saved away. Are you happy with your income and/or investments?
CAREER – Professionally are you where you thought you’d be? Do you enjoy what you do everyday? Do you like the people you’re around? It is a satisfying job?
FAMILY – How’s your relationship to your kids/parents/siblings and other family members. Do you see them as much as you’d like? Does everyone get along?
ROMANCE – How’s your intimate relationship? Are you being the partner you desire to be? Are you dating the right people to find a partner?
EVERYDAY FUN – What do you do for fun? Do you have things to laugh about and with through out the day? Maybe you play sports or knit?
GROWTH – Are you growing personally and professionally? Are you doing enough in that area or would you like to do more?
HOME – Your setting at home, is it peaceful and clean? Or do you like an organized mess? Do you have enough space and privacy? In what environment do you thrive?
So when you consider “your career” for instance, how satisfied are you in general in that area, what is good about it, what is bad? Then give it a number between 0 (low) – to 10 (high) and then go on to the next category.
Have fun!
